4. Duties & Taxes
Shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and VAT are included in your checkout total. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Track your parcel on the carrier's website or in My Account > Orders. Tracking usually updates within 1–3 days of shipment.
6. Product Safety & Packaging
All AQUASHIELD coatings are water-based and classified as non-flammable, non-dangerous goods for air and courier transport. Each can is sealed, bagged and packed in a reinforced carton with corner protection. Please check for leaks or dents before signing. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and email us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
7. Storage After Delivery
Store sealed cans upright at 5–35 °C (41–95 °F), away from direct sunlight and frost. Shelf life is 12 months unopened.
8. Bulk & Trade Orders
Buying 200 L or more, or need OEM colors? We ship by sea freight (LCL / FCL) under DDP terms and provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, SDS/TDS and certificate of origin.
