Please read this shipping policy before placing your order. This page explains order processing, shipment, estimated delivery time, customs rules and shipping‑related notes for all coating and accessory orders.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our cooperating coating factory in China.
1、Standard processing time: 2‑4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
2、Orders are not processed on weekends or public Chinese holidays.
3、During peak order periods, processing may be delayed for a few extra business days. We will send you email notice for significant delays.
4、Items in one single order may ship in separate parcels with independent tracking numbers. You will receive tracking emails for each parcel.
Delivery time is estimated and not fully guaranteed, it will be affected by logistics carrier, customs clearance, local postal efficiency and destination region.
Standard International Shipping: 15‑30 business days
Note: Customs inspection may cause extra several‑week delay, which is out of our control.
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. If your destination country is not available at checkout, please contact our support for feasibility check before ordering.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout, based on total weight, volume and destination country.
Free‑shipping threshold: Free standard shipping for orders over $99 USD (only valid for qualified regions).
Express shipping option is not available for liquid coating products at present. Only standard surface shipping is supported.
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send an email containing tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 2‑5 business days to update after dispatch. If you cannot get updated tracking status for a long time, please contact our customer support with your order number.
All international parcels are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or local administrative charges are the buyer’s full responsibility.
These fees are not included in your order subtotal or shipping cost. Please check your local import rules for paint / coating goods before purchase.
We cannot predict customs charges and cannot reimburse any customs‑related fees.
Our products are water‑based renovation coatings. Due to international transport restrictions for liquid goods:
Liquid paint / waterproof coating cannot be shipped by air express; only surface / sea‑land combined shipping is available.
Some countries have import restrictions for liquid paint products. It is buyer’s obligation to confirm local import permission before placing order.
Our factory uses leak‑proof reinforced packaging for paint buckets. However, tiny leakage risk still exists in long‑distance international transit. Please inspect parcels immediately upon receiving. If you find leaking or damaged cans, please follow rules described in our Returns & Refunds policy and submit evidence within 7 calendar days after delivery.
If tracking status shows “delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels at destination address. Please file claim with your local postal carrier.
For parcels marked lost by official carrier, please contact us with your order number and tracking ID. We will evaluate your case and offer partial refund or reshipment solution according to actual situation.
If parcel is refused by recipient, undeliverable for wrong address, or returned back to origin caused by buyer reasons:
Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Return freight incurred will be deducted from your total refund amount.
